I am completely lost trying to read this one. Any suggestions as to a full commentary?

Because MN102 is a middle length version of the more famous Brahmajala Sutta (DN1), maybe the commentary of DN1 will interest you?

I find that Ven. Bodhi’s book on DN1 is very good. Hope that it can help you. :smiley:
