Please keep in mind that although these are all called “stores” the plugin is free everywhere. Also, different stores may have different update versions since it takes different amounts of time to get approved each time.
A lot of us find that having the same favicon for two completely separate websites is really annoying, especially when you have several tabs open from each. They used to have different icons. Several of us have requested changing it back to the way it was before but I have never heard a definitive rejection. Just silence.
This isn’t something that an extension should have to deal with, but it’s better than nothing, in my opinion.
However, I have changed it so that new users will have this off by default in the next version. Thanks for the question.
OK, I’m guessing you are running v0.0.8 on Chrome. I think this is fixed on 0.0.9, which is only available on FF. I will push a new update to the chrome version soon. The Chrome store takes a long time to approve updates so I tend to not update there as often.
In the mean time, if you do a refresh of the page it should straighten itself out and be fine untl you change your settings again.
Version 0.0.10 has just been published. FireFox is live, Chrome is also live will take a few days to get approved. If you have installed the plugin through the stores (see first post in this thread) it should update automatically eventually. You will see a welcome tab alerting you.
Thanks to @emptystream for adding a new feature to show the difficulty for the suttas in the DN and MN (the only texts with that data available):
