There are a lot of people, including Buddhists, who just do not understand the problems with A.I. that other people have. The phrasing of “No A.I.” rules will undoubtedly tighten up and evolve as people discus what isn’t allowed.
I recently thought of this phrase for anti-A.I. rules on social media
I don’t actually mind, as long as I know that it’s AI-authored. That should be clearly labelled. I use AI all the time but am aware of its (what can be major) limitations. Any time I try to look up references to suttas and the words they contain, for example, AI’s use of its “super auto-complete” capability typically fails spectacularly.
I would love to be able to give you an idea of what I mean by this, but it’s the end of day here. My brain power is fading rapidly, and I don’t have the energy to try and generate a sutta-related query that would likely be AI-problematic.)
