idhāvuso, assutavā puthujjano ariyānaṃ adassāvī ariyadhammassa akovido ariyadhamme avinīto
Idhāvuso, assutavā puthujjano ariyānaṃ adassāvī ariyadhammassa akovido ariyadhamme avinīto sappurisānaṃ adassāvī sappurisadhammassa akovido sappurisadhamme avinīto
Google shows the second variant as being quite a common pericope
what could be the reason for the lack of the sappuri part in the ATI variant of the Pali text? different redactions?
and if so, which one is more accurate?
UPD.
i just answered myself
ATI displays Sri Lanka Tripitaka Project (SLTP) transcript
There are significant differences between the various editions. Pali students might nevertheless find this SLTP edition useful as a starting point in their studies.
