Since the Bavarian State Library opened again a couple of weeks back for proper academics, I have been able to complete the Vinaya of the Nanden Daizōkyō. Vol. 5, Vol. 5, the Parivāra was uploaded last night.
Unfortunately access to the reading rooms is still restricted with very limited hours and a pre-ooking requirement – giving one one day per week and 7-10 days waiting period. Add to this that only one scanner is available (and desinfected after each user) the three volumes of the Digha-Nikaya will be some time in the making (support would still be appreciated).
With regards to the translation in other modern languages (SuttaCentral) of the Parivāra [or rather the complete Vinaya in 6 vols by this translator], the following should be added: Santuṭṭho [Bhikkhu]; Parivāra: das Rahmenwerk zu den Vorschriften der buddhistischen Ordinierten; Berlin 2017 (Schaltungsdienst Lange); Ser.
