Ajahn Brahmali deeper Dhamma talks and Q&A given on sutta meditation retreat in 2013 in Bandarawela, Sri Lanka
Suttas discussed on the retreat covering the gradual training
AN 3.101, SN 45.1, MN 27, SN 12.22, AN 4.14, MN 19, MN 20, AN 5.162, SN 3.25, MN 2, MN 129, AN 6.10, AN 11.13, SN 45.2, AN 11.2, MN 118, MN 117, AN 5.27
I found this retreat to be most inspirational (maybe because Ajahn had to pause for the interpreter).
Yes indeed, it was a truly inspirational retreat Though I found recordings with Latvian translations rather difficult to listen, so used to listen the Dhamma in English, almost weird to hear it in my mother tongue
Really? I quite enjoy listening to the Latvian reading of the suttas (though I understand nothing, maybe it is the pause).
Not sure how to upload and make it look like how Musiko did it. (Tried to upload one file in the above post)
Anyway, I’ve got 9 files (there’s sutta readings, Q&A and guided meditation - confirm them in Latvian, @rudite, perhaps) - I think these are the original files.
And I’ve also got the 3 Google Drive files, which look as though they have been stitched together. On my (external) hard disk, there are 13 files.
@musiko Could you please help upload the original files (with Latvian) which are found on the original site? You may also want to upload the 3 files (2 suttas + 1 multiple) which I had stitched from the original files. (There is still at least one more sutta not stitched AN5.57.) As you might see, I managed to upload one (of the 3, AN3.101) and it looked like gibberish.
@waiyin, there is no link for this last edited file (AN5.57) on G-drive. Do you have this file on your external hard drive (you mention 13 files in total above) and can you share it on G-drive? It would be excellent to have the complete retreat and then post all the files together.
BTW: I understand you yourself edited and stitched the sutta files together , what software are you using?
@rudite, thank you for translation and ID annotation!
