Hello Bhante,
There are two suttas in pali section: Vitthata-sutta, AN 5.2 and Vitthata-sutta, AN 5.14; These suttas have a similar title but different text, should it be like that?

Yes, that’s correct. There are two different sets of five “powers” (bala). One is just plain bala, the other is sekhabala “powers of a trainee”.
