Automatically linking up citations to suttas on D&D

So if a citation is already linked, then you will end up with something like this:

[[MN1](https://suttacentral.net/mn1/en/sujato)](https://suttacentral.net/[mn1](https://suttacentral.net/mn1/en/sujato)/en/sujato)

which will render into this:
[MN1](SuttaCentral)

Because there’s going to be tons of historical posts that already have citations linked. And some of them will be to places other than Bhante Sujato’s translations, eh?

Or maybe I’m misunderstanding. Perhaps the plugin could have a setting so that replacements never happened on existing links.
