I wonder, can we do a rain dance for them…? Or maybe a rain dance for the worms?
I love wormies. My mom used to keep a vermicomposting set-up at her house. Worms are the best and so good for the garden.

They are growing incredibly fast! The wings start to get black tips, and sometimes they stretch them, you see how they grow. They still aren’t very firm on their feet, but the other day I saw one waddle backward towards the border of the nest, ejecting its excrements over the border—so the parents have less work now cleaning the nest.
Thanks for this thread. I wanted to post some pix of my 16 year old senior pup who passed away in January this year. His name was Niko and he was the best friend. He’ll never be forgotten ![]()
These little
bring so much joy and mettā in my heart whenever I see them. I have been saving bees since Covid. Please look out for them whenever they come to you for help.
Here is a very entertaining, wholesome and informative video about some of the native Aussie Bees.
It’s the 5 year death anniversary of my Kevin today. He too was my best friend and the smartest doggo I ever met.
Big karuṅa to you.
I love the balance on the nose trick!
There’s a whole album of them here
Kevin is gorgeous, Bhante. He was so well loved and very blessed to be in your family. May he be happy wherever he is now! ![]()
