Burmese/Khmer sutta

Would anyone be able to tell me which Sutta this is? For I can’t read the script. I would be grateful for any help identifying this manuscript.

It turns out to be from the Vinaya-Khandhakhas -Mahavagga. It is the formula (Kammavaca) recited when ordaining a new Bhikkhu:

Upasampada kammavaca:
Sunatu me, bhante, sangho. Ayam Nago ayasmato Tissassa upasampadapekkho, parisuddho antarayikehi dhammehi, paripunpassa pattacivaram. Nago sangham upasampadam yacati ayasmata Tissena upajjhãyena. Yadi sanghassa pattakallam, sangho Nagam upasampadeyya ayasmata Tissena upajjhayena. Esa ñatti.
Sunãtu me, bhante, sangho. Ayam Nago ayasmato Tissassa upasampadäpekkho, parisuddho antaräyikehi dhammehi, paripunnassa pattacivaram. Nago sangham upasampadam yacati ayasmata Tissena upajjhayena. Sangho Nagam upasampadeti ayasmata Tissena upajjhayena. Yassayasmato khamati Nagassa upasampada ayasmata Tissena upajjhayena, so tunhassa;
yassa nakkhamati, so bhaseyya.
Dutiyampi etamattham vadami Sunatu me…
Tatiyampi etamattham vadami. Sunatu me.
Upasampanno sanghena Nãgo ayasmata Tissena upajjhayena. Khamati sanghassa, tasma tunhi, evametam dharayami."

Translation:

“Let the Sangha listen to me, Venerable Sirs. This Naga (candidate) is seeking higher ordination (upasampadā) under the Venerable Tissa as his preceptor. He is free from obstructive factors and possesses the complete set of robes and bowl. Naga requests the Sangha for upasampadā with the Venerable Tissa as his preceptor. If it is suitable for the Sangha, may the Sangha confer upasampadā upon Naga with the Venerable Tissa as his preceptor. This is the formal motion (ñatti).
Let the Sangha listen to me, Venerable Sirs. This Naga is seeking higher ordination under the Venerable Tissa as his preceptor. He is free from obstructive factors and possesses the complete set of robes and bowl. Naga requests the Sangha for upasampadā with the Venerable Tissa as his preceptor. The Sangha confers upasampadā upon Naga with the Venerable Tissa as his preceptor.
Whoever among the Venerable Sangha approves of Naga’s upasampadā with the Venerable Tissa as his preceptor, let them remain silent. Whoever does not approve, let them speak.
A second time, I declare this matter: Let the Sangha listen to me…
A third time, I declare this matter: Let the Sangha listen to me…
Naga has been ordained by the Sangha with the Venerable Tissa as his preceptor. The Sangha approves, therefore they remain silent. Thus, I shall remember it as such.”
