I would be very grateful if someone could help me clarify this 
I’m creating a video for my Buddhist YouTube channel here in the Czech Republic, and I’d like to translate parts of the Mahāsatipaṭṭhāna Sutta into Czech. I know that Bhante Sujato’s translations are published under the CC0 license, so I can freely use them. However, I’m not sure whether the translations by B. Sudhaso, B. Nyaṇamoli and I.B. Horner are also available under CC0. I guess not.
I did that for B. Sudhaso translation. And this is what i got. It does not say anything about copyright.

In short (and by highly fallible memory), the meta data of original sources was applied where it was given and where there wasn’t any (as in this case, see MN10/DN22 Mahāsatipaṭṭhāna Sutta – Bhante Suddhāso) none was sought—of course, permission always was unless the text was explicitly licensed.

So in this case that means that SC has permission to publish (because you received it by asking) but the text itself didn’t come with a copyright notice?

On the point at hand, I could try to dig out old messages, but I hope you’ll forgive me for electing to skip that. In turn, again going by wobbly memory, in this case, I think Bhante @Khemarato.bhikkhu approached me suggesting it might be good to add Bhante Suddhasos’s translations. I have a clearer memory of this in relation to one of the legacy Dhp versions on SC, but I’m a bit more foggy on these translations (perhaps Bhante Khemarato would be so kind as to correct if I am mistaken, and naturally, I offer hearty apologies if I am).
During the time I was taking care of the legacy texts I recall Bhante Suddhaso and I exchanged a few emails, and I’d imagine the first one was asking his permission. If it didn’t happen in this way, then the only other way it would have likely happened is if Bhante Suddhaso himself offered his translations. Some translators did this, but in this case I think I probably asked.

I saw that request coming a mile away. I don’t know if he has that many. It would make more sense to me to try and get them on SuttaCentral.

Yes, unfortunately the SC interface doesn’t make it obvious how many translations an individual has (I can’t imagine how it would, though). For anyone interested, here they all are:
You find all translators for a specific language with the number of their translations listed under “languages”. Then each name has a link to the respective search query as posted above for Bhikkhu Suddhaso.

I see that Ven Sudhāso is listed twice- Bhante Suddhāso and Suddhāso Bhikkhu.
