Hey Pasanna, here’s your doodle:

However, friend, I say that without having reached the end of the world there is no making an end to suffering. It is, friend, in just this fathom-high carcass endowed with perception and mind that I make known the world, the origin of the world, the cessation of the world, and the way leading to the cessation of the world.

The world’s end can never be reached
By means of travelling [through the world],
Yet without reaching the world’s end
There is no release from suffering.

Therefore, truly, the world-knower, the wise one,
Gone to the world’s end, fulfiller of the holy life,
Having known the world’s end, at peace,
Longs not for this world or another.

Still in search of what is wholesome, seeking the supreme state of sublime peace, I wandered by stages through the Magadhan country until eventually I arrived at Uruvelā, at Senānigama. There I saw an agreeable piece of ground, a delightful grove with a clear-flowing river with pleasant, smooth banks and nearby a village for alms resort. I considered: ā€˜This is an agreeable piece of ground, this is a delightful grove with a clear-flowing river with pleasant, smooth banks and nearby a village for alms resort. This will serve for the striving of a clansman intent on striving.’

If only it still looked like this, I think many more pilgrims might attain the deathless!

I generally love all small creatures—and the bigger ones too, of course! In case she’d doodle little birds, butterflys or ants I’d love those too. :bird: :butterfly: :ant:

Or a little mouse… :mouse2:

Because of the purple ribbon? It’s supposed to symbolize a gift-wrap, not a hairdo…

Being a mother, employee, boss and nun all involve a public face. No one is an island unto themselves!

That’s true, I didn’t always comment, and maybe I particularly love the fish, for some reason… But there’s in fact one doodle with a little caterpillar which is just soooo  sweet! (Don’t remember which one, they are just too many to search… )
