Four fears of death in the Nikayas?

During a retreat in France, Ajahn Thanissaro referred to the Buddha’s recommendation that one possess what he calls compunction (other trs., moral dread, fear of wrongdoing), in contrast to “what he (the Buddha) calls the four fears of death,” which Ven. Thannissaro lists as:
Fear of being deprived of sensual pleasures
Fear of losing one’s body,
Fear of being punished for any misdeeds you’ve done in life
Fear that comes from not knowing what’s going to happen at death.

I don’t remember reading this in the canon and would like to find the Nikayas. Can anyone help?

Look through the death entries in the Comprehensive Index of Pali Suttas, specifically here: https://index.readingfaithfully.org/#death-marana under “fear of”

Sounds like a combination of AN 9.5 Balasutta and AN 4.184 Abhayasutta.
