And so does Italy.
This was the retreat organized by Progetto Pienessere at the Sacro Monte di Graglia.
One of the meditatators came in late for the morning meditation. He said, “Sorry but the choice was the Buddha or the sunrise, and the sunrise won.” Makes sense!
And Switzerland, with Flavio and Min. They’ve been my attendants for the last part of my trip. We visited Flavio’s family and saw the Swiss and Italian Alps together.
And Germany (snow at Muttodaya!). I spent a couple of days here, very nice being with monks in a beautiful and quiet place.
And not to forget the beautiful Anenja Vihara, where I got to catch up with Ven Phalanyani and her community.
Sorry, lots of snow photos, what can I say? I’m Australian, I’ve only seen snow a few times in my life!
