Again, spoken like someone who doesn’t understand the problem. I believe the issue was explained to you when you posted about this elsewhere online. The data for something like this doesn’t exist.
I am happy to add features to the SC browser extension. But the data to do this does not exist. The only English segmented data translations that have more than one translator are the Thig and a handfull of Dhammapada verses. The majority of translations on SC other than Bhante Sujato’s are not segmented therefore they cannot be aligned as you wish without marking them up.
Personally I think there is very limited value in comparing different translations if you are not skilled in Pali. I realize it’s kind of a chicken and an egg situation. But if someone doesn’t understand why two translations are different based on an understanding of the Pali, then they end up just going with the one they like more.
I do understand that Pali verse translation can be confounding.
