How Buddhist meditation kept the Thai boys calm in the cave

Oh…yes it can be. It can be hard to loosen the tendency of our minds eye on a particular emotional state when we allowed it to be there again and again in the past; especially when we sometimes implicity allow it to go in that direction or even (perhaps subconsciously) see some value in doing so.

I have my own things like this… I’m sure we all do. At present, I find it helps to tell myself that it’s just a feeling and it will pass. And lo and behold…it does!

Be well ERose. Here are some flowers to help ease things: :bouquet: and to help you to disbelieve the unhelpful thoughts… Actually, why not put your attention on something else? You could go and read the Dhamma Doodle thread!

I think we are living in a society prone to take risk.
If it is a calculated risk it is OK I suppose.
I hope they have planed for unseen events.
