How to listen to suttas in English only? (no Pali)

I have been trying to use the feature to listen to audio of the suttas while simultaneously reading them. After spending a long time fiddling with options, I haven’t figured out how to listen and read in English only. Everything I’ve tried reads each phrase in Pali first and then in English. How can I read and listen in English only?

How can I read and listen in English only?

Are you talking of using SC-Voice? If yes, it’s not too hard to do:

• Open settings and go to “text layout”. Untick “show Pali text”.

  

• Go to “narration” and untick “speak Pali”.
