Would this imply that “seeing” as in the liberating vision, follows naturally from this “right collectedness” and bhavana goes only up to right composure or collectedness? Not directly to concentration? Trying to understand the implication of right collectedness relating to momentary concentration, not Jhana. Thank you

Frankly, I find your posting confusing.
Anyway, yes, sammā·ñāṇa·dassana (right knowing and seeing) and
sammā·vimutti (right liberation) are brought about by sammā·samādhi
(right collectedness/composure).
Samadhi is Stillness, not Concentration - Ajahn Brahm
