Interesting point in Mahayana

I’m sure I’m late to the party but wow this is a cool YouTube channel this video in particular makes an interesting point that when the term Hinayana was coined by early Mahayanist there would have had to be referring to the now defunct sarvastiyana and not modern Theravada as we know it today. Also the video on said channel comparing the historical Buddha and Jesus Christ is good too
