We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Sutta Central Forum Management Committee (SCFMC, FMC, management committee). It is a small group of volunteers who have long-term experience with the Forum and a commitment to promoting its health and wellbeing as a place where all people interested in Buddhism and the EBTs can communicate in a safe environment.
The founding members have been Ven @pasanna, ‘@Gabriel_L,and@Gillian`. There have been four meetings of the FMC, two between the FMC and the moderators, and one of the FMC and Bhante Sujato.
The FMC’s aims and duties are explained in Sutta Central Forum Management Committee.
Should Forum members wish to communicate with the Management Committee they are invited to send a PM to @management.
Volunteer positions:
The aim is for a SFMC as inclusive and representative as possible. We are looking to make the committee more ethnically inclusive. If you feel you are able to contribute toward such diversity please contact the committee.
We currently have vacant positions for new members.
