Is there any clearer similes of the Buddha as a doctor using the 4NT as a doctor in the First Four Nikaya?

I have used Chat GPT and search in sutta central, but the best I can find is: AN 3.22.

You may need to search on the word “surgeon”.

There is also MN105.

And you might find more on the CIPS > Buddha, the > doctor
