I’m a LaTeX user. I tried downloading the LaTeX versions of some of the suttas since LaTeX produces superior typesetting to virtually everything else. None of the LaTeX files at all will compile with LuaLaTeX. Unfortunately, the choice was made to use the Arno Pro font which is a proprietary font, rather than an open source font. Furthermore, there are multiple other compile errors.

As for the font, yes that’s correct, you’ll have to use your own fonts.
For the other compile errors, I’m aware of one issue that comes with updating LaTeX. It’s to do with the language definition for Sanskrit, IIRC. I think the updated version is caps sensitive or something like that. Online, we still use the older version so it’s not updated yet. But it’s just a small config tweak.
