The disorder is now called Dissociative Identity Disorder.

Personally, I don’t think there is a clear mapping between khamma and DSM-5 diagnoses. But if we are going to discuss it seems better to use terms precisely.

Edit to Add: I also think this line of questioning can easily become ethically problematic. I wouldn’t want to convey that mental health problems are a result of bad khamma. Enough mental health stigma as it is.
