Name of the sutta where Buddha confirms that all the various ways his disciples are teaching Dhamma are correct

I vaguely remember interesting Sutta in which Buddha was asked about all the various ways his disciples are teaching Dhamma (I think Sariputta was one of the examples). The person wanted to know which way was correct. The Buddha replied - all these teachings are correct and added his own take (which included generic advice about going through the Jhanas, seeing signs of fabrication and if needed go higher up).

Please tell me I didn’t make this up!

“Sir, who has spoken well?”
“You’ve all spoken well in your own way."

@faujidoc1 thanks so much, that’s the one!

@ORsEnTURVi I appreciate it too, didn’t remember that the one about messengers contained a version of the famous elephant parable!
