Hi everyone. Excited to keep working on SN 47 using the new bilara!
I’ve tried to access and I can’t go past the Welcome page. I log in using GitHub and it keeps reloading the same Welcome page. (If I go to GitHub, I am logged in.) Apologies if this is because I’ve failed to do something very basic.

Thank you @HongDa ! For some reason it only sees as mine the old translations I did in Catalan and not my more recent projects in Spanish. I see the translators ids are different: bernatfontclos vs font. I can still edit my Spanish translations, but perhaps we might solve this before I start changing things and create problems?

EDIT: I can see that there aren’t all boxes ticked yet. It’s perhaps still too early for everybody to test and give feedback, lest @HongDa will be a bit overwhelmed with us all.

The workflow has been updated so that user changes are submitted in real-time to the remote unpublished branch, and corresponding modifications have been made to the “unpublished changes” page.

I have no idea where that is. I haven’t found the UI to create pull request either. I’ll check it out when the new bilara is declared done.

Okay. If it’s a problem, maybe we can think of some other approach, like batching updates to Github every five minutes or something.
Anyway, I can confirm this is working.
Meanwhile, one critical issues is still outstanding: I can’t add comments on many pages, the option is not there.

I just had a meeting with Hongda. It seems there are no critical blocking issues remaining. But it’s the end of the week, and we’d rather not invite folks back on just yet, as any bugs will eat up HD’s weekend time with his family. So we’ll go ahead on Monday. So unless you hear anything to the contrary, enjoy a weekend holiday from translating, and we can all log in and get going on Monday!

A few things:

I checked the new system and I noticed that the search box doesn’t seem to support partial word matches (for example searching “saṅkhār” instead of “saṅkhāra” so I could check all related translation iterations). Can it be restored?

I can only see the suttas I’ve translated, but access to files that haven’t been translated yet are missing.

Where does one hit “publish” with the new system? It’s unclear.

Under your avatar, click on the “Unpublished Changes” option.
You should see the changed files and select them for publication in the “Diff Viewer” panel. Hit the “Publish” button, I guess. I haven’t tried it because Bhante Sujato asked us to do so on Monday. But my hands are getting itchy.
