Pali spoken "normally" (no chanting)?

Is there a way to learn Pali like a natural language?

Is there a way or has anyone learned Pali like other languages, through speaking, making sentence, writing, etc. I always wanted to learn it naturally as opposed to learning through reading suttas. The way many of us learn Pali not effective for me for I can relate that to my experience. English is not my mother tongue and I sat through so many grammar lessons, reading and writing in school for years but still couldn’t get it right.
