Similar to LinQ but free and open source is LUTE
It’s quite easy to incorporate Digital Pali Dictionary.
For the texts, I just copy over the original pali by clicking on the ‘parallels’ button the top and choosing ‘Mahāsaṅgīti Tipiṭaka Buddhavasse 2500’. Such as this for MN20
This should also work for LingQ.
It’s still copy paste, but there is definitely no need for OCR
