Kim Allen has been practicing Insight meditation since 2003, and has trained intensively in the U.S. and Asia. Her main teacher is Gil Fronsdal, and she has also practiced with Theravādan monastics and masters of other Buddhist traditions. Dedicated to a contemplative life of practice and study, she draws from a background in science, meditation, and creativity to offer classical Dharma in a modern context.
