Whenever I search something up on suttacentral, I am unable to hit anything but texts with those queries in the title.

Sorry you are having trouble.
If you are able to send us the link that happens after your search and some screen shots we can get it sorted out more quickly.
Make sure you have the language selected as documents to search:
If you only have Pali selected, you only get results from the titles:

I get the same results as you when I search up “bowl” also.
It pulls up mostly things from the Chinese Vinaya which only has their titles translated.
Same issue is happening cross devices.

What languages do you have selected?
If you don’t have English selected, then you aren’t going to be searching the English documents (except for the titles, which I agree is confusing).
Click the globe to select the languages of the documents you want to search.

No, that is the site language, not the search criterion.

In that shot you can see that I don’t have English selected, only Pali.

For the site, you can only select one language. For search, you can select multiple languages. You should see the search language dialog with the globe icon as per Ven. Snowbird’s screenshots at the top of your screen once you click on the magnifying glass icon.

I unselected all of the other languages for the 2nd and 3rd pictures, because I was still getting the same results. Nothing’s changed yet

Have you ever been able to search properly? Can you test in an incognito/private browser window? I’m wondering if somehow your storage has gotten corrupted.
Have you tried doing a hard refresh? Like Ctrl + Shift + R?
You might need to try clearing all cookies and site data (Warning: this will delete your offline data if you have activated off line browsing):

I noticed that it stopped working yesterday when I tried to search for something. The issue persists across devices and networks. I noticed that when you searched for “bowl”, you also got the same 218 results that I did.
These are only translated titles from the Chinese vinaya:

I can confirm that it is the same when I search for German words.
However, the “immediate search” (without pressing “enter”—I am not sure how it is officially called) also shows results from the body of texts:
