The question is the title of this post. Looking for a Spanish translation of Venerable Bhikkhu Sujato’s Bhikkhuni Vinaya Studies online that one can access without payment. In its absence, does the copyright allow translation of short excerpts to be shared in a conference?

IANAL but as long as the excerpts total less than 10% of the work as a whole and the use at the conference is educational or critical, this is covered under fair use and needs no permission :blush:
