staticPageSelected class nearly indistinguishable

There are a few places on the main site where there is a “section” with a set of pages. For example the area we find the offlline instructions

On that page, the “USE OFFLINE” menu item is class="staticPageSelected" but to my eyes, it is nearly indistinguishable from the other menu items. I assumed it was broken somehow, but no, the color difference is just incredibly minor. (It’s actually a change in opacity)

I noticed this too while I was fixing some bugs on the Edition front matter pages and was switching between these pages/menu items/tabs a lot while testing. I’d say that most of the time I didn’t even notice a difference at all.

I’d expect something more like:

The hover style does look like that and is supposed to be slightly different from the current indicator. The colors between the pseudo-states of :hover, :active (and :visited) are pretty close together
