I vaguely remember there’s a sutta about two friends who went in search of dust balls to be used as tinder or something… and the sutta ends up with one of the two abandoning the dust balls for something better and more valuable. TIA.

It is in the Payasi Sutta.

thanks! :slight_smile , yes it was verse 29 of this long sutta I had been looking for, didn’t get much luck with Google so thanks again, this is also the sutta in which verse 31 is similar to a parable of Jesus
