Sutta search: Rare to find a person who doesn't become conceited/arrogant when they gain wealth, fame, etc

I’m looking for help finding a sutta. It contains a teaching which says that most people who gain the four positive worldly dhammas (gain, pleasure, praise, fame) become conceited and arrogant on account of that. And it is rare to find a person who doesn’t. I don’t remember if the sutta specifically mentioned the worldly dhammas or if it was a different concept in the same vein.

Thanks!
