Technical Questions on Meditation Orthopraxy and Analytical Profiles

Updated Inquiry: Meditation Orthopraxy and Scriptural Basis

  1. Are Kasiṇa meditations explicitly present in the EBSuttas?
  2. Is it accurate that Ānāpānasati was not traditionally recommended for laypeople?
  3. Which meditation method is most suitable for a logical and analytical profile that avoids excessive conceptualisation or philosophical abstraction?
    Thanks.
