Theorists vs. Practitioners - who is better?

“Better” is contextual.

The study of “H2O” will not slake my thirst in the desert.
But understanding “H2O” will let me choose the right beaker to drink in a lab.

MN64:16.1: “Sir, if this is the path and the practice for giving up the five lower fetters, how come some mendicants here are released in heart while others are released by wisdom?” “In that case, I say it is the diversity of their faculties.”

My respect to you, Bhante Ashin Sarana. It is not easy to find someone like you these day, where the Saddhamma is declining but Adhamma is uprising.

I hope you will continue to upload Dhamma talk sessions at YouTube channel. It’s been educational for me.
