Universality of Twelve-Factored DO

I’m not actually asking the question; I’m wondering if anyone (perhaps a moderator) can help me search for a thread from a while back in which the OP discovered that the frequency with which 12-Factored DO actually appeared in the discourse collections was far lower than we might expect (not at all in the DN, for example). I’ve been plugging in search words, but have thus far been unsuccessful in recovering it.
