In any case, can someone please explain to me the connection between AN 4.67, the Ahirājasutta, and SF 264, the Svāgatasūtra. The latter is listed among the former’s parallels.

There isn’t one. The actual Sanskrit parallel (though not a very close one) is the Upasenasūtra, SF 258:
yā bhadaṁta katamā gāthāḥ katamāni maṁtrapadāni ||
maitrī me dhṛtirāṣṭreṣu maitrī airāvaṇeṣu ca |
chibbāputtreṣu me maitrī kaṁbalāśvatareṣu ca ||

I apologize: I was occupied earlier and couldn’t respond in full.
It’s not that SF 258 isn’t a close parallel, but, rather, that it, along with SN 35.69 and SĀ 252, are all part of the same network with AN 4.67, T 505, Ja 203, and Kd 15, and the Northern recensions (SF 258, SĀ 252, and T 505) combine the two into a single narrative.
But, @REddison, I find it hard to believe that you don’t know this already.
And, regarding SF 264, do you (or anyone else) know what, if any, Pāli text it might parallel?

and which shares no text whatsoever with anything at all in the Ahirāja network, as you’ve already pointed out. I’m asking which other Pāli text (if any) SF 264 may parallel.
