We must be referring to different kinds/definitions of ignorance, or unwise attention. They are synonyms for me. For me and as I understand the Buddha’s teaching, wholesome is based on wisdom and unwholesome is based on ignorance. The idea of good and bad as a determinate for action, for me, is based on ignorance and is unwholesome.
