In its early Buddhist usage, the term saṅkhāra
thus has three main meanings:
• As the fourth of the five aggregates, khandha
• As the second link in the formula of dependent
arising, paṭicca samuppāda
• As anything conditioned, this being the most
general sense of the term

What about “ayusankhara” in MN 43 or “kaya, vaci & citta sankharo” in MN 44 and MN 118?

No they don’t. Every sankhara falls under the third main heading, including the first and the second. That EIR entry reads like something from the 1800s.
