Aversion as a translation for dosa

Dosa is most often translated as “hatred,” including in the trio raga, dosa, moha. But these three are supposed to be the root of everything that is unwholesome (akusala-mula), while someone may have an unwholesome mental state based on aversion that either is not full-fledged hatred or that would not be labeled as an interpersonal concept (aversion towards an internal sensation/feeling for example).
So, in short: is it ok to translate dosa as “aversion” when mentioned together with raga/lobha and moha?
