I find the author’s usage of Upanishadic terms like Sancita karma, Kriyamana karmas to describe the Buddha’s doctrine of karma quite unsavory and doing a disservice to the Buddha’s teachings.

Also quoting from the Lalitavistara and Divyavadana seems unfaithful.
