Buddhist Logic in the EBTs

I’m always amazed at how logically tight the analyses in the suttas are. Situations are always broken down into categories that are mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive. Each category is explored in terms of action and consequence.

Does anyone know of any works or scholarship that have looked at the EBT in terms of their logical system?

Thank you!

If you want to look at the epistemilogy of Buddhism then there is great book by Jayatilleka and explained in a course led by Bhante Sujato. The comment thread should also be helpful in finding the PDF of the book and includes a critique from another academic.

And of course the Buddhist Publication Society in Sri Lanka has a few overview works available online too.
