Citation treasure hunt šŸ’Ž

Iā€™m working on a project helping Bhante @Sujato to add links to the citations in some of the dictionaries on SuttaCentral and am having trouble with some of the citations in the PED. Now I like a hunt as much as the next sutta geek, but these have me stumped. Abbreviations should match the SuttaCentral version and may be slightly different from the print edition.

I may have a few more to add later, but this should be the bulk of them. For most of them I have double checked against a scanned copy of the print book, but it wouldnā€™t hurt to check them again.

Word in parentheses is where it is found.
