Sayadaw U Tejaniya focuses on “continuous awareness” throughout the day, particularly of one’s thoughts. He is less poetic and more clear about that subject than Thich Nhat Hanh in his book “Miracle Of Mindfulness”. He also links the practice of “continuous awareness” more directly ( in other books, I haven’t read the new one ) to the dhamma.
He claims to have suffered from severe depression which slowly cleared up after he devoted himself to this practice.
