That was Google Translate of Bhante Sujato’s translation. I do not know Sinhalese.

I have created a whatsapp group for my parents and some relatives so that I can send dhamma snippets. I found an inspiring verse in dhammapada in English (on SC) but when I switched to sinhala translation (in the hope of sending it to my whatsapp group full of immensely deluded beings whom I have a big attachment to 
) it sounded so complicated.
Also the letters are incorrectly typed. I would be very grateful if someone can do a simple translation with correct use of letters for future sinhala readers. For the time being I am going to try my best to get my super deluded darlings to open their eyes at least partially with the current resources.
