Digital Input of Buddhist Texts by Lewis Lancaster

I just came across this article by Lewis Lancaster, the doyen of digital Buddhist texts, in the Encyclopedia of Buddhism. It’s an excellent review of the long and complicated process of digitizing Buddhist canons, much of it not documented elsewhere. Fortunately, the entire content is readable on Google Books.
