Does anyway have The Contents and Structure of the Pali Canon and its Commentaries by the UK Association for Buddhist Studies (University of Sunderland), in PDF format?

The official link is down, and I have found a webpage of it, but it is filled with incorrectly rendered unicode and diacritics. I would be glad to get a copy of it in PDF format.

The original can be viewed via Wayback Machine, but there’s no pdf of it at the UKABS site and the Pali diacritics are in Velthuis transliteration rather than Unicode.
