Indeed . last year I met a group of Sri Lankan monks , one of them because of too much works causing him to be sleepless for few days , so I help him to do a legs massages , after 15 or 20 minutes ,
he fell asleep on the chair immediately for a while .
After that he could sleep naturally again .
Another monk whom have diabetes , I also helped him to massaged the pancreas point but I advised him he will need to constantly massages it and control his diet to prevent the condition deteriorate .
