I’ve read that a Mahāsāṃghika Vinaya has a section on mindfulness of breathing, but I can’t find where this is. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Have you checked the origin story to bhikkhu pārājika 3? That’s where it’s found in the Pali.

I’m just reading through the steps for mindfulness of breathing in the Mahasamghika Vinaya, and they look to be identical to those found in other mainstream versions of the 16 steps, such as those in the extant SA/SN.
