Does anyone know what differences there are with Ven. Anālayo’s digital release of his book Satipaṭṭhāna, The Direct Path to Realization (published on his website).
Is it the manuscript, or is it identical/almost identical to the printed version? Also, did Ven. Anālayo mention why he released a free digital version?
Also, very much worth a bump. 
Would anyone be willing to convert this to an ePub for me or point me to a link where I can download the ePub? Unfortunately, I don’t have access to a desktop at this time and won’t for some time.

The Windhorse published version and the PDF on the Hamburg uni site that you are linked to are identical and the same applies with his Persepectives on Satipatthana; I can’t speak for the first link you provide.
I was able to get to a pc and convert it. Thank you very much.
